TD Performing Bands General Information
CLICK HERE to download the performance contract and Stage Plot diagram. A representative from your group must fill out the form, including the names of all of the members of the band. Sign then email it back to us at Jaimescher@gmail.com by May 15th or sooner.
Please review the following:
- Band check-in is no less than one-hour prior to performance
- One car per band (Main Stage and House Stage bands only) is allowed to park on-site. You will be given one parking pass and parking directions. All other band vehicles can park on Topanga Canyon Blvd and use the shuttle buses provided. Equipment can be carried on the shuttles.
- Contract and names of all band members, contact numbers and stage plot are to be submitted to Jaimescher@gmail.com by May 15th or sooner.
- All musicians will be provided with the following backline:
- 2 Guitar amplifiers
- Drum Kit - Drummer to bring own sticks, pedals and cymbals, optionally may bring own snare and throne.
- Bass amp
- 2 Direct (“D.I.”) inputs
- PA, Microphones, Mixing Console and sound person will be provided.
- LOCAL BANDS MUST pick up Parking Passes and Wristbands between 2-6 p.m. on May 21 and May 22 at the Topanga Community Clubhouse 1440 Topanga Canyon Blvd., in the upstairs office.
- OUT OF TOWN BANDS will be required to check in at the “Roadhouse” (1704 Topanga Canyon Blvd.) between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM on the DAY OF YOUR SHOW for your parking pass and wristbands.
- No vehicles will be allowed access to the event site without a parking pass.
- All bands warrant and represent that they have obtained any and all performance rights, licenses or approvals as required for the performance.
